The Gateway Space Station is a vital component of NASA’s Artemis programme. It will serve as a multi-purpose outpost, orbiting the Moon, that provides a platform for scientific experiments. The Gateway will serve a similar function to the ISS. Just like the International Space Station that orbits Earth, it will house its astronauts whilst they work in Space.
